Organic Linguine

For centuries Italian craftsmen have been renowned for making the best pasta in the world. Our Natural Directions organic imported Italian pastas are made from 100% organic durum semolina. The durum semolina is grown by small organic farmers located along the Adriatic Sea in the region of Puglia. It is then siloed and milled at a second generation family owned pastificio in the hills above Napoli. The pastificio operates in accordance with Natural Directions' very strict quality control standards and meets all NOP organic certification standards.

Ingredients: Organic semolina (durum wheat), water. Contains wheat. Produced in a plant that also processes egg ingredients.
