Natural Directions Organic Dijon Mustard comes from a small third generation producer still operated by the founding family. Our producer purchases organic black mustard seeds from small family farmers. Made in the style of Meaux mustard, the seeds are partially crushed then blended with spices and vinegar, giving it a very distinct flavor, unique texture and hot and slightly spicy finish.
