Strawberry ParfaitINGREDIENTS1-1/2 lbs. Natural Directions Frozen Organic Whole Strawberries 2 T. Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate 2-1/2 cups Whipping Cream 1 cup Sugar DIRECTIONS In a food processor, puree half of the strawberries with the orange juice concentrate. Pour puree over remaining strawberries and combine. Using an electric mixer, beat whipping cream and sugar until firm peaks form. Fold half of the whipping cream into the strawberry mixture. Fold remaining whipping cream into the strawberry mixture. Spoon into wine glasses and cover. Chill for 2 - 6 hours. Garnish with toasted nuts or shaved chocolate if you desire. |
