Spaghetti with Puttanesca Sauce

Makes 6 servings

INGREDIENTS

16 oz. Natural Directions Organic Spaghetti Pasta
4 T. Natural Directions Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
One (1) 28 oz. can Natural Directions Organic Crushed Tomatoes with Basil
2/3 cup Kalamata Olives, drained and chopped
4 Garlic Cloves, crushed
2 tsp. Anchovy Paste
2 T. Capers, drained
1/2 tsp. Dried Crushed Red Pepper
1 tsp. Dried Italian Seasoning
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese



DIRECTIONS

Prepare pasta according to package instructions. Drain and keep warm.

While pasta is cooking, heat oil in large skillet and sauté garlic until golden brown. Add tomatoes, olives, anchovy paste, capers, dried red pepper and Italian Seasoning to skillet and simmer until thickened. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Put pasta in serving bowl and top with tomato mixture. Sprinkle cheese on top. Serve warm.
