Italian Three-Cheese Pasta Salad

Makes 8 servings

INGREDIENTS

16 oz. Natural Directions Organic Whole Wheat Fusilli Pasta
2 cups Red Bell Pepper, chopped
4 oz. Feta Cheese, crumbled
1 cup Kalamata Olives, pitted and chopped
8 oz. Sharp Cheddar Cheese, diced into 1/2" cubes
7 oz. Smoked Gouda Cheese, diced into 1/2" cubes
1/4 cup Fresh Basil, sliced thin
Two (2) 6.5 oz. jars Marinated Artichoke Hearts, drained
1/4 cup Pepperoncini, drained
1 cup Natural Directions Organic Italian Salad Dressing



DIRECTIONS

Prepare pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Drain well.

Mix peppers, cheeses, olives, basil, artichoke hearts, pepperoncinis and pasta in a large bowl. Pour salad dressing over the top and toss to coat. Chill for a minimum of 30 minutes. Serve cold.
